How to use TN CASH Mobile Banking

The following services are available under our *822# USSD

Option 1: Withdrawal to M-Pesa
A registered customer is able to withdrawal money from their account to their M-Pesa and to another person M-pesa number.

Option 2: Balance enquiry
Registered customers/members are able to request for FOSA, BOSA, Micro Credit and Loan balances.

Option 3: Deposits and payments
Customers/members are able to make deposits and payments via M-Pesa directly to their accounts in FOSA, BOSA and Micro Credit and equally pay Loans

Option 4: Loans
Customers/members are able to access the following loan products; Dividend advance, Okoa, Salary Advance and Self guaranteed loan

The following services are available under loans menu;

  • Check loan limit: members can calculate the loan amounts they can qualify for based on the available loans on the platform.
  • Pay Loan: Members are able to pay their loans from either FOSA account or from M-Pesa
  • Apply loan: Okoa, Dividend advance, Salary Advance and Self guaranteed loan
  • Loan balance: you can query at any time the loan balances.
  • Loan Mini-statement: You can access loan mini-statement through your handset

Option 5: Funds Transfer
The following services are available under Funds Transfer Menu;

Internal funds transfer: Customers are able to move funds across their accounts in FOSA, BOSA and Micro credit. They are also able to move funds to other members accounts through the use of ID+KEYWORDS to BOSA and through the use of account numbers (both in full or short form) to FOSA accounts.

Commercial Bank transfer: Customers are able to move cash externally to whitelisted banks after activating the same under my account (option 6). The following banks are whitelisted; Co-op, Equity, KCB, Absa, ABSA and Family Bank.

 Option 6: My account
The following services will be available under my account;

  • Balance enquiry
  • Mini statement
  • Buy/sell SACCO Shares
  • Enable/disable bank transfer
  • Mobile App activation
  • Enable /disable ATM card
  • Change PIN

Option 7: Utilities
Customers/members are able to pay for the following utilities

  • Buy airtime
  • KPLC Token,
  • KPLC postpaid,
  • DStv
  • GOtv
  • ZUKU
